Ceramic Pinch Pots for Beginners (6/15/22)

Great single session class for beginners! Make and learn all about pinch pots in this two hour session led by Ceramic Studio Speacialist, Jackie Bahnsen. Students will hand build a clay pinch pot starting with a sphere and then pinching to create the form. Stamps and textures will be available for experimentation. 

This class goes over the fundementals of ceramics and utilizes underglaze to acheive the form and color of our creations in one session. Pots will then go through the firing process and a clear glaze will be applied. Return in a few weeks to take home your fired pot and celebrate your creativity! Students will receive an email when pieces are ready for pick up. 

All materials and equipment supplied. Ages: 10+

For children below 10 years of age we ask that an adult accompany them or take the class with the child(ren).

Dress weather appropriate! The studios are not climate controlled. Studio clothes reccomneded, things can get messy! 

Masks are reccomended and optional if vaccinated.
