This is a 1 Day Workshop all about Joinery! *Taking the Essential Techniques Lecture prior is recommended, but not required*
Learn all about Joinery with Instructor Ron Michaelsen!
This workshop will go over basic joinery techniques which is how wood workers attach pieces of material in different ways for structural and aesthetic reasons. Every project can call for different types of joinery for a vartiety of reasons!
Joints gone over in this class will include
• Half Lap
• Mortise and Tendon
• Butt joints
• Finger Joints
Face masks are optional
Dress weather appropriate! The studios are not climate controlled!
Great for ages 12 and up! For Children aged 12-15, we ask that a parent or gaurdian be present. The parant can choose to take the class along side the child(ren) or simply supervise.
