Intermediate Machine Sewing (11AM Session)

In this class, we will use the techniques we learned in the beginner class and combine those with a few new ones to make a lined rectangle shaped bag that can be used to store anything you'd like such as art supplies, first aid, makeup, etc. This class costs just a tad more due to the zipper.

If you are brand new to the sewing machine, please sign up for my Beginning Sewing Class to learn how to set up the sewing machine from the very beginning. If you are looking to expand your skill set of clothing repairs/alterations techniques, please sign up for the Repair/Alterations Class. 

If you have your own table top sewing machine, we encourage you to bring it with you! Please send me an email at freshbiscuitsbybk@gmail.com or DM me on instagram @freshbiscuits_ to let me know that you'll be bringing your own machine. 

During this class you will: 

• Re-orient yourself with the sewing machine
• Learrn/use new tools
• Install zipper & bag lining
• Construct brick bag

All materials and equipment are provided, unless you're bringing your own sewing machine. 

Ages: 13+

Face masks are optional. 

Please dress weather appropriate, the studio is not climate controlled. We will be outside and possibly in direct sunlight, so please wear sunscreen/hat if you are sensitive. I recommend wearing layers and to bring a bottle of water for yourself & maybe something quick to snack on. Cats do wander around the property, so be advised if you're allergic. Lastly, the front door is locked and class begins on time, so please arrive 10-15 mins before so I can let you inside :)
